Nancy started her career as a business advisor in the City of London where, like 86% of women, she suffered the indignity of not having period products on hand when needed. She founded Mondays with the mission to empower women to perform at their best wherever they’re at in life and the belief that period products are an essential, just like toilet paper. Six years on and Mondays has been instrumental in making menstrual health policy a prerequisite to create an equitable workplace. Mondays works with companies focused on ESG targets and the health and wellbeing of employees to re-evaluate the workplace environment starting in the bathroom.
