The success of THE CLEANING SHOW 2009 will be the targeted marketing and promotional campaign, designed to ensure a high quality attendance by decision makers and specifiers from the following industries and groups: Contract cleaners, Support service companies, Facility managers.

This will incorporate:

Direct Mail
Using the lists that Quartz Publishing & Exhibitions has built and acquired over the years of publishing Cleaning & Maintenance Magazine and organising Carpex, Windex, Hospital Hygiene and cleaning shows, THE CLEANING SHOW 2009 will be promoted to every important executive in the industry.

Advertising
In addition to the extensive advertising campaign carried by our media partner Cleaning & Maintenance, there will also be an awareness raising campaign in many other relevant magazines.

Loose inserts
The loose insert campaign will take place in many relevant magazines; around 300,000 tickets will be distributed, giving the potential visitors every opportunity to pre-register.

Interactive Website
A full service website will support the show and will be a comprehensive guide for both visitors and exhibitors. It will also allow exhibitors to have an entry on the site therefore attracting even more visitors to their stand.

Electronic promotional campaign
A high proportion of the lists developed by Quartz Publishing have email addresses and have opted to receive online messages. Experience shows that this is now the most popular means of receiving business information and a strong branded email campaign will be used.

Press and Public relations
Cleaning & Maintenance will give THE CLEANING SHOW 2009 extensive editorial coverage but other relevant printed media will also be carrying previews.

A number of printed and online newsletters will be produced to promote the event and the free seminars to visitors.
